Spellblade is a project developed at The Guildhall at SMU by a team of 4 students.
Spellblade is a 2D top down Run-n-Gun game where player needs to protect his base from waves of enemies using his magical sword.

Project Lead:
- Helped the team to work efficientely using Scrum
- Scrum master during daily meetings
- Created Sprint Retrospective reports
- Created and managed the Product/Sprint Backlog
- Edited the game trailer
- Edited the crowdfunding video
- Updated and managed the Asset Data Base
Level Designer:
- Designed and created game levels
- Designed the in game HUD
- Created characters and enemies state machines
- Created particles systems and visual effects
- Scripting in C#
- Created 2D sprites
MINI POSTMORTEM
What Went Right:
- Testing one feature at a time
- Reaching beta with almost no bugs to solve
- Collaborative work environment
What Went Wrong:
- Adding new mechanics to cover flaws
- Non-unified team vision
