ABOUT MINHA BOUTIQUE
Minha Boutique was developed for the 1º Brazilian Entrepreneurs Game Development Contest, held by SEBRAE. The game was awarded as 5th place along more than one hundred competitors.
The game was developed for Web-Browsers and was available for SEBRAE students at an intern challenge they promote every year.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Lead:
- Created a functional development schedule
- Created and organized the project tasks
- Ensured deliverables met the contest requirements
- Helped the team to find solutions for their tasks
Level Designer / Artist :
- Designed game mechanics
- Designed and created game level
- Designed the User Interface
- General scripting in C#
- Scripted AI
- Created all 3D models
- Created textures and sprites

What Went Right:
- Game was awarded in 5th place among more than hundred competitors
- A new member joined the team during development and highly contributed to the project
- Using assets from the Unity Asset Store made the project possible even with the one-month development time
What Went Wrong:
- Excessive crunch time during the last days of work
- Tutorial and the random events system was not as polished as expected
What We Learned
- Independent of the team experience, building a complete, fun and polished game in one month is a great challenge
- New team members can take a project to a next level even if the project is already in development
