ABOUT ME

“Oh my god!! This is amazing, I want to make games” - Raimbault, Marcelo and other millions of young kids playing games.

We all know that this number gradually drops when kids learn about some other cool stuff and even more when they realize how hard it is to create video games.

It has been almost 15 years since I started making “games” using basic RPG and fighting game engines. Still, every new thing that I learn/make/see/play makes me repeat the same old thing: “Oh my god!! This is amazing, I want to make games”.

In 2016 I completed my Master of Interactive Technology with specialization in Production & Level Design at The Guildhall at SMU. The program became the #1 graduation course in game development (according to Princeton) just as we got our degree.

Back in 2012, two friends and I founded our Indie Game Development Studio: GILP Studio. It is more than 10 years now and we developed several different projects, from advertising to our own IPs. Our studio is operating at a slower pace now, since all founders are now working on different projects.

Currently I'm working as the lead game designer at Balanced Media, a company that mixes games with science, at an unannounced project.
